CASA DE MOURAZ, Dão, Portugal – Organic

Casa De Mouraz was created by António Ribeiro and Sara Dionísio, who left their jobs in Lisbon and immersed themselves in what has become a family adventure, a version of sustainable viticulture and authentic winemaking. António’s family has farmed vineyards in a holistic and ecological way in Mouraz for many generations, a process that turned to biodynamics in 2006. In the cellar, the vinifications are done by vineyards, usually planted with many different varieties, seeking for the essence of each terroir.
