Capreolus Distillery


Capreolus’ work is a celebration of, and conduit to, the landscape and fruits of the beautiful surrounds of their Cotswolds landscape. Wild fermented Eaux de Vie, produced from distiller Barney Wilczak’s childhood home, capture absolutely pure essence that elevates normally hidden flavours and aromas to connect us with fruit, parent plant, landscape and climate. With up to 45kg fruit compressed into each litre this terroir driven approach means these are amongst the most precious and demanding of spirits to be found.
