Guillaume Lagger a Swiss oenologist with a passion for wine, cider, beer and mead production. During his studies in Switzerland, he had the opportunity to come and live in his partner’s family house. It didn’t take him long to convince himself that this was the perfect place to start a small wine and cider production business. He decided to plant a vineyard and an orchard. The quality of his products is the daily goal whether in the fields or in the winery.
