Grapes from Vrbice, cooper from ?ejkovice and wood from the Ž?ánicky forest – this is Jakub’s winery and his belief in true terroir in the vicinity of 20 km. They take care of the vineyard with regard to long-term sustainability and the diversity of animal and plant species in their landscape. Therefore, it’s necessary to support the natural functions of the agroecosystem, which are directly or indirectly influenced by agricultural production. They must combine their requirements for the vineyard and have to keep the land full of life so that it can serve the next generations as well.
