LA SOEUR CADETTE, Jean & Catherine Montanet, Vezelay – Organic
La Soeur Cadette is a family-run negoce set up in 2008 by Valentin Montanet, son of Jean and Catherine, of Domaine de la Cadette. Most of the wine production was carried out by family estates, located in the Vézelay appellation area. Following the frosts of the 2016 vintage, a new range of vintages from Mâconnais and Beaujolais were added. These wines are made from grapes or musts produced by other winegrowers selected by Valentin. In order to guarantee the quality of production, Cadette have entered into a long-term partnerships with a dozen winegrowers. Thus ensuring a constant volume of quality grapes vintage-after-vintage.
