KANPAI is extremely proud to be the UK’s first sake brewery, crafting modern British sake using traditional Japanese techniques in London, since 2016. Welcome to the sake revolution! Brewed like a beer, enjoyed like a wine. KANPAI means “cheers” in Japanese.

KANPAI has a focus on hand-crafted traditional brewing methods, aligning as close as possible to the ethos of the “natural wine” world. Fermented from rice, KANPAI sake is free from sulphites and preservatives, naturally gluten-free and vegan.
