JAUMA, JAMES ERSKINE, Barossa – Biodynamic
Jauma is one of the pioneers of Australian, natural wine. Jauma farm is located on Peramangk/Kaurna land in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia. We farm 10 varieties of cherries and the following vine varieties; chenin, savignan, traminer, cabernet franc and gruener veltliner. Our non-estate grapes come from Mclaren Vale and are farmed by Fiona Wood and Dave Gartelman. All our wines are organic, bottled under crown seal and contain no additions or subtractions
