Domaine Sebastien David
Sebastien David’s family have made wine in Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil since the 17th century. The 15 ha of vineyards are farmed organically and laid solely to Cabernet Franc, the main grape of the appellation. In order to express the terroirs of the region and maximise the fruit flavours the wine goes through carbonic maceration and ageing in amphora’s or oak “foudres” and are bottled without fining, filtration and virtually no sulphur.
