They farm a few plots of old vines on the Jurassic limestone plateau of Cahors, following the principles of regenerative agriculture: green manure, compost addition, minimal tillage. their wines attempt to express the finest and most delicate facets of Malbec, and the unique combination of maturity and freshness of our terroirs.
