Azienda Agricola Caparsa
Caparsa has been run by Paolo Cianferoni and his family since 1982. The winery is totally organic, both in the vineyard and the cellar and their philosophy can be summed up in one word: Tradition. The wine culture at Caparsa originates from the sharecropping system, when wine was considered like food and was complementary to food, as a result the healthiness of all the processes and the wine itself is the best expression of this tradition.
