CLOS DU TUE-BOEUF, Touraine – Organic/Biodynamic
Tue-Boeuf covers 14ha in the Cheverny and Touraine AOP although the first traces of the vineyard go back to the middle ages when the wines were enjoyed by local nobility and the kings of France. Since the 1960s the Puzelat’s father selected which vines to replant and left the two brothers, Jean-Marie and Thierry Puzelat, with Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Menu Pineau , Pinot Noir, Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Cot. The brothers have been making wine naturally since 1994 and organic cultures since 1996.
