Quinta do Olival da Murta is a vibrant new family-run project built on traditional agricultural family structure by the new generation with an outlook toward natural winemaking, indigenous resources and experimental curiosity. The climate is influenced by the Atlantic and the proximity of Serra de Montejunto with limestone soils of the ancient ocean floor. Minimum intervention and fermentation from whole-berries, all wines are made on skins, including the whites. They create aromatic red wines, rich in tannins and with great capacity to age in bottle, and freshly delicious complex and balanced whites.
