Mariam Guniava’s wine cellar is located in west Georgia, Imereti, Kutaisi. This is a family wine cellar. Established five years ago, with the help of her father, Archil, Mariam is now producing wines entirely independently. From a small single hectare plot, Mariam organically tends the traditional Imeretian varietals: Tsitka, Tsolikouri, Krakhuna and Aladasturi. Wines are fermented and aged exclusively in Georgian qvevri.
