Celler Entre Vinyes care for their vineyards with the philosophy of maximum respect and aim to increase biodiversity, which for them is the natural and logical way of conceiving the cultivation of the vine and agriculture in general. For Maria Barrena wines can only obtain authenticity by allowing Nature to act freely, she explains, Our project can only make sense working that way. We believe that our intervention in the natural process of winemaking should be kept to a minimum, allowing the fruit to express its true essence and the terroir, the uniqueness of where the grapes come from.
