VIGNEREUSE, MARINE LEYS, Gaillac – Organic 

After working as a diving instructor and an underwater photographer, Marine first learnt about viticulture while living in Turkey, before studying in Beaune. As a “finishing school,” she spent three years working with Gaillac luminaries the Plageoles, through whom we were lucky enough to meet.

Marine works organically with local varieties planted on the South-East-facing slopes of the Cordais plateau. She has five hectares on limestone, with less clay than the rest of Gaillac, and works with no additions.
