VIGNEREUSE, Gaillac- Organic 

An underwater camera specialist for film productions worldwide, Marine Leys found herself helping to plant a vineyard in Turkey. Inspired by the experience, she decided that winemaking was to be her future. Returning to France in 2011, Marine worked with family friend Bernard Plageoles for two years and now farms five hectares of vines in Andillac in the green and rolling hills of Gaillac. Her first vintage arrived in 2014. In a soil mix of limestone and schist, her vineyard is currently under organic conversion, with harvesting by hand and fermentation with wild yeast.
