The story of Plener winery began with the 2016 vintage. Dominika Cernohorská is the winemaker and she is joined by her friend and partner, the Orthodontist, Ivo Marek. Together, they own vineyards that lie on the stunning Pálava highlands made of limestone, which is a jewel in the crown of Moravian viticulture. The Plener winery is the realization of their shared dream.
