Marina Palusci

Immersed in the nature of Pianella – a small town in Abruzzo, between the Adriatic Coast and the Majella National Park – Marina Palusci has long been the property of the D’Addario family, one which spans almost 60 hectares of olive groves and vineyards scattered among the hills. A clay-limestone terrain between 200 and 300 metres above sea level, with steep slopes that make walking difficult in some places.

Work is in line with organic farming precepts with only copper, sulphur and bentonite used where absolutely unavoidable. In the cellar Massimiliano believes in the total repudiation of chemicals, fermentations are spontaneous with wild yeasts, no S02 is add, and wines to not undergo filtration or stabilization.
