La Roche Buissiere
Located in the northeast of Vaison-La Romaine in the Southern Côtes du Rhône, they work 17 hectares of organic vineyards planted with Grenache and Syrah. Their main goal is to maintain freshness and lightness in the wines via very intense vineyard work that allows for an earlier harvest and gives less concentrated and lower alcohol wines. Working in organic farming for more than 40 years, their harvest is undertaken by hand, worked without chemical yeasts or the addition of sulphates, fining or filtration. At La Roche Buissiere they tend not to add sulphates at bottling, except for their Petit Jo which receives between 10 and 15 mg/l at bottling.
