Domaine du Pech
Domaine du Pech is now run by Magali and Ludovic who, for over 10 years, have applied biodynamic methods of cultivation, in 2015 this included the planting of around 500 metres of hedges and allowing sheep to graze throughout the vineyard during the winter. Grapes are picked by hand and only natural yeasts are used. Wines are bottled without fining or filtration and virtually no sulphur.
