Vincent is an eighth-generation winemaker who has successfully converted his entire family domaine to Biodynamic agriculture. He enjoys a Sunday afternoon making a lasagne of macerated grapes in his winery and grating truffles over every dish in the kitchen.
WE’LL GET ALONG IF: “You don’t mind helping me hand-press 300kg of Muscadelle into an amphora after it has macerated for three months.”
