Albergue do Bonjardim
At Albergue do Bonjardim wines have been made since the XVII century. Emphasis is placed on care for nature, local economy and the wellbeing of people who produce and consume the wines. The organic low yield vines give luxurious fruit with concentrated flavours. Grapes are manually selected and vinified in open granite tanks with natural yeast. The wines are blended from indigenous varieties with a touch of Syrah and Merlot and are ripened on fine structured French oak.
