Vino di Anna is a small, two hectare property run and managed by Anna Martens and Eric Narioo on the north face of Mt Etna, Sicily. Grapes are sourced from 60 – 100 yr old bush vines farmed organically. The principal variety is Nerello Mascalese . The vineyards range from 760 m – 900 metres in altitude. Soils are volcanic. Wines are made with minimal intervention, natural yeasts, no additives, no fining or filtering and little or no SO2.
