As well as superb winemakers exhibiting at the Fair we are delighted to announce that the following companies will be helping satiate the appetites of hungry Real Wine Fair visitors, selling a delicious variety of food:

 

Burro e Salvia, London’s first artisan pastificio, opened its doors in 2013 with the mission of offering a 360° experience into the world of fresh handmade pasta. Their love of pasta is equal to their love for wine, with the team bringing some of their signature handmade pasta to complement the wines on offer at the Fair.

Jumi Cheese have been making raw milk cheeses in the Emmental Valley, Switzerland since 1896. From the cows that graze the green pasture and brought in to the dairy twice a day, to the artisan who watches the cheese mature for month and years, the entire process is non-industrial and done with the utmost care. Marcello and Tomi head up two locations in London supplying this fantastic cheese to the UK market. They will bring a selection of cheeses and their fabled raclette toasties to this year’s fair!

Naïfs is a small family run vegan bistro that’s been focused on making simple and delicious food in Peckham, since 2019. Their meze laden menus are based around inventive use of the best organic fruits and vegetables that they can source. For The Real Wine Fair, Naïfs will be transplanting their style with indulgent plant-based fare such as spoon salads, dips, braises and quality breads.

Curing Rebels produce high welfare British charcuterie – preserving aged old processes with a modern influence. A creative team of Rebels with a passion for high welfare, sustainable produce, making inspired charcuterie and smoking salmon on the South East coast, since 2020. Curing Rebels butcher, ferment, cure and age all of their products in house. Preserving aged old processes with a modern influence. Their pigs are specially reared by farmer Richard, 12 miles from their Brighton HQ, where they are free to roam at the foot of the South Downs.

London Shell Co. were established in 2015 with sole purpose of serving the freshest fish they could source delivered in unique and entertaining environments. They source the large majority of their fish and seafood from Brixham market and Cornwall. Wine enthusiasts themselves, they love attending The Real Wine Fair and have been coming for years, this year they are looking forward to showing The Real Wine Fair what they’re all about!

Moon Roast is a wholesale speciality coffee roastery based in Hampshire, they specialise in high quality coffee roasting, barista training and events. Alongside their roasting operations, Moon Roast work with multiple vineyards in the local area, one of which is beginning to use their byproducts in the growing process. Moon Roast’s focus is on ethical sourcing and sustainability. They’re looking forward to serving up their award winning coffee at this year’s Real Wine Fair.

FORNO is an Italian bakery in hackney, London. They’ll be serving sandwiches made from their wonderful homemade focaccia, these will be laden with Italian produce ( with vegan options too) there’ll also be  a selection of their signature pastries, cornetti, brioche buns and cookies.
